摘要
目的分析探究依泽替米贝联合阿托伐他汀治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病合并冠心病患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院于2017年1月至2019年1月收治的非酒精性脂肪肝性肝病合并冠心病患者52例,将其根据不同治疗方法均分为实验组(26例,采用依泽替米贝联合阿托伐他汀治疗)和对照组(26例,采用常规治疗)。观察比较两组患者治疗后治疗效果以及治疗后患者血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶含量情况。结果治疗后实验组患者治疗有效率远高于对照组患者,且前者血清TC、TG、ALT、AST含量水平远低于后者,两组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用依泽替米贝联合阿托伐他汀治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病合并冠心病患者可显著提升治疗有效率,降低患者体内脂肪含量、提升肝脏功能,整体疗效好,值得临床大力推广。
Objective to analyze and explore the therapeutic effect of izetimibe combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and coronary heart disease.Methods Fifty-two patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and coronary heart disease(CHD)admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into experimental group(26 cases treated with Izetimibe combined with atorvastatin)and control group(26 cases treated with conventional therapy).The therapeutic effect and serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group,and the levels of serum TC,TG,ALT and AST in the former group were much lower than those in the latter group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Izetimibe combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the body fat content and improve liver function.The overall effect is good,which is worthy of clinical vigorous promotion.
