摘要
目的针对小儿肾病综合征患儿实施护理干预,分析与研究实际应用效果。方法病例收集时间:2018年3月至2019年3月,在上述时间段内选取74例小儿肾病综合征患儿,采取“随机奇偶数字方式”将74例患儿分为两组,常规组37例给予一般护理,研究组37例实施护理干预,分析与研究实际应用效果。结果研究组肾功能恢复时间、住院时间均比常规组短,结果对比差异较大(P<0.05);研究组各项生活质量评分指标均优于常规组,结果对比差异较大(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为97.30%,高于常规组的81.08%,结果对比差异较明显(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿肾病综合征患儿实施护理干预,有助于缩短肾功能恢复时间、住院时间等治疗指标,提高患儿的生活质量和护理满意度,值得在小儿肾病综合征患儿临床护理中推广与应用。
Objective To analyze and study the practical application effect of nursing intervention for children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome.Methods Case collection time:from March 2018 to March 2019,74 children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome were selected in the above time period,and 74 children were divided into two groups by“random odd and even number method”.Results The recovery time and hospitalization time of renal function in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the difference in the results was significant(P<0.05).All life quality scores of the research group were better than those of the conventional group,and the results were significantly different(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.30%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(81.08%).Conclusion Nursing intervention for children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome is helpful to shorten the recovery time of renal function,hospital stay and other treatment indicators,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome,it is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing of children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome.
