无对比增强MRA血管成像与对比增强CT血管成像诊断肾动脉狭窄的效果比较 被引量:2

Comparison of non-contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography and contrast-enhanced CT angiography in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis

摘要 目的观察对比增强CT血管成像(CTA)、无对比增强磁共振血管成像(MRA)对肾动脉狭窄(RAS)患者的诊断效果.方法选取2017年5月至2019年4月在济宁医学院附属医院兖州院区治疗的66例疑似RAS患者,所有患者均先后进行对比增强CTA、无对比增强MRA检查.比较两种检查方式的检查结果.结果66例患者均成功完成检查,对比增强CTA图像质量均为1级;无对比增强MRA图像质量1级47例,2级19例.CTA与MRA均显示主肾动脉138支,二者在肾动脉主干及分支显示方面、RAS狭窄程度方面具有较好的一致性(P>0.05).结论对RAS患者进行无对比增强MRA诊断效果较好,且完全无创,肾动脉成像图像质量较高,具有推广价值. Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced computed tomography angiography(CTA)and non-contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)in patients with renal artery stenosis(RAS).Methods Sixty-six patients with suspected RAS hospitalized in Yanzhou Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Ji'ning Medical College from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected.All patients were examined by contrast-enhanced CTA first,and then were examined by non-contrast-enhanced MRA.The examination results from the two methods were compared.Results Sixty-six patients completed the examination successfully.The image qualities of contrast-enhanced CTA from all patients were grade 1,and image qualities of non-contrast-enhanced MRA were grade 1 in 47 cases and grade 2 in 19 cases.Both CTA and MRA showed 138 aortic arteries in the renal artery and branches.CTA and MRA had good consistency in the display of renal artery,branches and the degree of RAS(P>0.05).Conclusions Non-contrast-enhanced MRA is effective in the diagnosis of RAS,and is completely non-invasive.The quality of renal artery imaging of non-contrast-enhanced MRA is high,so it has values of popularization.
