摘要 目的分析对500例0~1岁婴幼儿应用发育筛查测验量表(DST)进行智能筛查的结果.方法抽取2017年1月至2018年12月于长治医学院附属和平医院接受智能筛查的0~1岁婴幼儿500例,回顾性分析其临床资料.500例婴幼儿均采用DST量表测试发育商、智力能区,根据婴幼儿智能发育检测结果,将500例婴幼儿分为智能发育正常、异常者,对婴幼儿智能发育异常的危险因素进行单因素、多因素Logistics线性回归分析.结果500例0~1岁婴幼儿中,发育商<70分、70~84分、≥85分占比分别为2.00%、15.60%、82.40%,智力指数<70分、70~84分、≥85分占比分别为2.60%、16.60%、80.80%.500例0~1岁婴幼儿中,智能发育正常405例,智能发育异常95例.经多因素Logistics线性回归分析可见,妊娠期糖尿病(OR=2.486,P=0.003)、胎位异常(OR=2.308,P=0.005)、胎儿宫内窘迫(OR=2.696,P=0.005),新生儿窒息(OR=2.417,P=0.003)、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(OR=2.298,P=0.007)、早产(OR=2.573,P=0.006)是婴幼儿智能发育异常的危险因素.结论DST可筛查出0~1岁婴幼儿的智能发育异常者,临床可对相关危险因素给予产前保健,对筛查出的婴幼儿智能发育异常者予以积极治疗. Objective To investigate the results of intelligent screening of 500 infants aged 0-1 using developmental screening scale(DST).Methods A total of 500 infants aged 0-1 underwent intelligent screening at Affiliated Peace Hospital of Changzhi Medical College from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The 500 infants were tested for developmental quotient and intellectual energy using DST scale.According to the results of the intelligent development test,the 500 infants were divided into intelligent developmental abnormalities and abnormalities.One-way or multi-factor logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of infants with intelligent developmental abnormalities.Results Among the 500 infants aged 0 to 1,the ratio of the development IQ of<70,70 to 84,≥85 to 85 was 2.00%,15.60%,82.40%,the ratio of IQ of<70,70 to 84,≥85 was 2.60%,16.60%,80.80%,respectively.Among the 500 infants aged 0-1,405 cases of normal mental development and 95 cases of intelligent developmental abnormalities.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gestational diabetes(OR=2.486,P=0.003),abnormal fetal position(OR=2.308,P=0.005),intrauterine distress(OR=2.696,P=0.005),neonates Asphyxia(OR=2.417,P=0.003),neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(OR=2.298,P=0.007),premature delivery(OR=2.573,P=0.006)were risk factors for infantile intelligence development abnormalities.Conclusions DST can screen out the abnormal intelligence of infants and young children aged 0-1.It can give prenatal care to relevant risk factors in the clinic,and actively treatment for the screened infants with inteuectual dysplasia.
