摘要
电梯定期检验是依据电梯检验规则和检验机构作业指导书对电梯安全、运行状况及使用、维护保养质量进行的综合性判定工作。本文中以笔者某一季度电梯定期检验工作量为参考对象,从电梯品牌、检验合格率、问题类型等多方因素进行信息挖掘和解析,系统化、科学化地查找电梯定期检验易出现的问题及原因,可快速给予解决对策,亦可为下一个检验周期问题追溯性对比做准备,确保电梯使用安全和维护保养质量。
Elevator periodic inspection is a comprehensive judgment of elevator safety,operation status,use and maintenance quality according to elevator inspection rules and inspection units operation instructions.In this paper,the author's periodic inspection workload in a quarter is taken as the reference object,and information mining and analysis are carried out from the elevator brand,inspection qualification rate,problem type and other factors,so as to find out the problems and causes that are easy to occur in the periodic inspection of the elevator in a systematic and scientific way,which can quickly provide solutions,and also prepare for the traceability comparison of the problems in the next inspection cycle to ensure the elevator use safety and maintenance quality。
