摘要
混凝土实体浇筑后,为实现较高的模板利用周转率,需要尽早拆除模板,但混凝土实体暴露在阳光下,内部水分迅速散失,对混凝土的强度增长有明显的不利影响。为保证混凝土实体的强度快速增长到设计强度,施工现场必须对拆模后的混凝土实体采取养护措施。但是,如果对实体养护不到位或养护方法选择有误,不但费时费力,混凝土实体强度增长也可能达不到预期。论文介绍了混凝土中主要成分对其性质的影响,论述了对混凝土实体采用有效养护措施的必要性,并分析了各种养护措施的利弊,以供参考。
After concrete is poured, it is necessary to remove the template as soon as possible in order to realize the high turnover of the template. However, the concrete body is exposed to sunlight, and the moisture of concrete is quickly lost, which has a significant negative impact on the strength growth of concrete. In order to ensure that the strength of the concrete entity grows rapidly to the design strength, the construction site must adopt maintenance measures for the concrete entity after the die is removed. However, it is not only time-consuming and laborious for the entity to be in place or the choice of maintenance method is wrong, but also the concrete physical strength increase may not meet the expectations. This paper introduces the influence of main components in concrete on its properties, discusses the necessity of adopting effective curing measures for concrete entities, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various curing measures for reference.
