摘要
目的:观察传统中医烫熨治疗在急性寒型胃痛患者中的临床效果。方法:将120例急性寒型胃痛患者随机分成对照组及治疗组,各60例。对照组按西医常规治疗处理,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医烫熨治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为68.33%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西医常规治疗联合中医烫熨治疗较常规西医治疗组疗效更显著,可改善患者的临床症状。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy in patients with acute cold stomachache. Method: A total of 120 patients with acute cold stomachache were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine ironing on the basis of the control group. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, and which of the control group was 68.33%. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And the pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy is more effective than conventional western medicine treatment, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
