摘要
自2013年以来,H7N9亚型禽流感病毒跨越种属屏障在人群中已引起了至少5波流行高峰。尽管目前的研究表明该型病毒尚不能在人际间高效传播,但如果病毒结合α-2,6唾液酸受体的能力获得进一步增强,其引发流感大流行的潜在威胁将可能更加严重。因此,本文从H7N9流感病毒表面主要纤突糖蛋白血凝素(HA)的结构、宿主唾液酸受体的分布、病毒受体结合特性的影响因素与检测方法等方面,对H7N9亚型流感病毒受体结合特性的研究进展进行简要综述,以期为人感染禽流感病毒的疫情预警及综合防控提供理论支持。
Since 2013, the H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus has crossed the species barriers to result in at least five prevalent waves in human population. Although current studies have indicated that H7N9 is not able to efficiently transmit from person to person yet, its potential threat to cause a pandemic may be more serious if the viral binding ability to the α-2, 6 sialic acid receptor is getting more enhanced. Therefore, a brief review concerning the research progress of the receptor binding features of H7N9 subtype influenza virus was discussed here. We focused on the structure of the major surface spike glycoprotein hemagglutinin(HA), the distribution of host sialic acid receptors, the influencing factors and detection methods of receptor binding of the H7N9 influenza virus, in order to provide theoretical reference for early-warning and control strategies of human infection with avian influenza viruses.
