摘要
采用硝酸-氯酸钠体系溶解样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定地质样品中的总硫的分析方法。考察了溶样体系、溶样温度、硝酸用量以及分析谱线对测定结果的影响。在优化的实验条件下,该方法的回收率为97.5%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)小于5.0%。对于质量分数为0.05%~24%硫的地质样品,均能准确测定。采用硝酸-氯酸钠体系,操作简单、快速,线性范围宽,适用于地质样品中总硫的测定。
A method for analysis of total sulfur in geological samples was developed by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission sepectrometry(ICP-OES). The geological samples were dissolved in the mixture of nitric acid and sodium chlorate. The influence of solvent, temperature, the dosage of nitric acid and analytical spectral lines of elements on the results were investigated. The method was verified by national standard mate-rials with a low relative standard deviation(RSD, n=12) less than 5.0%, and the sample recoveries range from 97.5% to 102%. The tests show that the content of sulfur between 0.05% and 24% in geological samples can be determined accurately. The system is simple, fast and linear, and is suitable for the determination of total sulfur in geological samples.
