摘要
以对苯二甲醛和苯乙酮、乙酰二茂铁为原料,在乙醇中合成了三种新的查耳酮,分别为1-苯基-3-对甲酰苯基丙烯酮、1-苯基-3-对苯甲酰基乙烯基苯基丙烯酮和1-二茂铁基-3-对甲酰苯基丙烯酮.通过对原料配比、温度和体系酸碱性的考察,确定了合成的最佳条件,通过熔点测定、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱测试手段对产物进行了表征,并用X-射线单晶衍射仪测得一种晶体结构.该晶体属于正交晶系,晶胞参数α=7.3478(4)?,b=11.1154(7)?,c=18.9710(11)?,α=β=γ=90°,Z=4,Dc=1.471 Mg·m-3,R1=0.0216,wR2=0.0645.
Three kinds of chalcones(1-phenyl-3-p-formyl phenyl acrylketone,1-phenyl-3-p-Benzoyl vinyl phenyl acrylketone and 1-ferrocenyl-3-p-formyl phenyl acrylketone)were synthesized in ethanol using 1,4-Phthalaldehyde,acetophenone and acetyl ferrocene as raw materials through exploring the raw material ratio,reaction temperature and pH to determine the optimum synthetic conditions.The compounds were characterized by melting point,IR and 1HNMR.The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal system is Orthorhombic.The crystal data and structure refinement areα=7.3478(4)?,b=11.1154(7)?,c=18.9710(11)?,α=β=γ=90°,Z=4,Dc= 1.471 Mg·m-3,R1=0.0216,wR2=0.0645.
