Objective To analyze the relationship between early embryonic arrest and thyroxine dysfunction in women of childbearing age in Leping city. Methods 140 hospitalized pregnant women and early embryonic arrest who were admitted to hospital from July 1,2018 to June 30,2019 were selected, and they were divided into embryonic arrest group(70 cases)and normal development group(70 cases)according to whether the embryo was stopped or not.The level of TSH and the levels of thyroid function at the end of pregnancy(in the embryonic stop group, when the embryo was stopped, and in the normal development group at the time of delivery)in the two groups were compared. Results The level of TSH in the embryonic arrest group was higher than that in the normal development group at 6 weeks of gestation and when the embryo was stopped, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of TSH in the embryonic arrest group was higher than that in the normal development group at the end of pregnancy, the levels of T3 and T4 in the embryonic arrest group were lower than that in the normal development group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of TSH in patients with early embryonic arrest is significantly abnormal, and thyroid function related indicators are also abnormal, which can be expressed in pregnancy.
