摘要
新中国成立70年来,农村劳动力经历了多元流动阶段,改善了城乡之间的资源配置,对我国经济增长作出了巨大的贡献。但是农村劳动力的流动使农村生态环境受到了工业化和城市化的外源污染与农业面源的内源污染的双重夹击,颠覆了传统的农业生产方式,"老人农业""化学农业"非生态农业成为常态。"三唯论"、二元经济理论、托达罗模型虽然与我国不同阶段农村劳动力流动的特点相吻合,但其固有的生态缺失决定了这些理论不能指导现阶段乡村的绿色发展。乡村振兴和乡村绿色发展需要形成流出、留住、吸引、培育相结合的良性劳动力流动机制。
In the 70 years since the founding of New China, the rural labor migration has experienced a multi-migration stage, improved the allocation of resources between urban and rural areas, and made tremendous contributions to China’s economic growth. However, due to rural labor migrationthe, rural ecological environment has sufferd double strike from external pollution which caused by industrialization and urbanization and endogenous pollution of agricultural non-point sources, subverting traditional mode of agricultural production, turning non-ecological agriculture such as "old-age agriculture" and "chemical agriculture" into normality. Although these theories such as "Three-dimensional theory", the dual economic theory, and the Todaro model are consistent with the characteristics of rural labor migration in different stages of China, which lacked of ecological analysis innately cannot guide rural green development at the present stage. Rural revitalization and rural green development need a benign labor migration mechanism that combines outflow, retention, attraction and cultivation of labor.
