摘要
为揭示储粮环境中害虫发生与CO2体积分数变化的关系,本文详细研究了不同水分含量(12%、13%和14%)的小麦混合感染不同虫口密度(0、2、5、10、20和30头/kg)的赤拟谷盗(Tribolium castaneum)、米象(Sitophilus oryzae)后储藏环境中CO2体积分数变化的情况.研究结果表明,对于水分含量相同的小麦,储藏环境中CO2体积分数随虫口密度的增加和储藏时间的延长而显著增加.如水分含量为12%的小麦,初始混合感染虫口密度为30头/kg的储粮环境中CO2体积分数最初为0.253%,在第30 d达到最大值为16.230%.水分含量为14%的小麦,初始混合感染虫口密度为30头/kg的储粮环境中CO2体积分数最初为0.697%,在第27 d达到最大值为17.230%.本研究结果为今后通过检测CO2体积分数变化来早期监测粮堆中虫害发生情况提供了可靠信息.
In order to elucidate the relationship between the simultaneous occurrence of insect pests and the CO2 volume fraction in stored wheat environment, the change of CO2 volume fraction in stored wheat with different moisture contents infested by different initial population densities of 0, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 30 Tribolium castaneum and Sitophilus oryzae adults per kg of wheat was investigated, respectively. These results showed that the CO2 volume fraction in the stored wheat with the same moisture content significantly increased with the increasing insect densities and treatment times. For wheat with 12% moisture content infested by initial population density of 30 T. castaneum and S. oryzae adults per kg of wheat, the initial CO2 volume fraction in the stored wheat environment was 0.253%, then reached maximum 16.230% on the 30 th day. For wheat with 14% moisture content infested by initial population density of 30 T. castaneum and S. oryzae adults per kg of wheat, the initial CO2 volume fraction in the stored wheat environment was 0.697%, then reached maximum 17.230% on the 27 th day. The results provide reliable information for monitoring the occurrence of insect pests in stored grain by monitoring the change of CO2 volume fraction in the future.
