铁死亡逆转肿瘤细胞化疗药物耐药性的研究进展 被引量:7

Role of ferroptosis in reversing drug resistance of tumor cells

摘要 恶性肿瘤是人类死亡的主要原因之一,临床治疗常采用手术辅以放、化疗的综合措施。化疗药物耐药是肿瘤细胞转移和侵袭的主要因素,影响患者预后。铁死亡是一种新型细胞程序性死亡方式,诱导铁死亡可逆转肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的耐药性。本文就铁死亡逆转肿瘤细胞化疗药物耐药性的研究进展作一综述。 Malignant tumor is one of the main causes of human death.Comprehensive treatment with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is often used after surgery.Chemotherapeutic drug resistance is an important influencing factor for the metastasis and invasion of tumor cells,and is closely correlated with the prognosis of patients.Ferroptosis is a novel mode of programmed cell death,which can reverse the tumor cell resistance to chemotherapy by inducing ferroptosis.This paper reviews the research progress of reversing tumor chemoresistance by inducing ferroptosis.
