摘要
近年来,糖尿病肾病的发病率逐年上升,已成为慢性肾脏病和终末期肾病的主要发病原因。早期发现和治疗是减缓并逆转早期糖尿病肾病的关键。张建平教授从风窜肾络、气虚失摄入手,巧用虫类药治疗早期糖尿病肾病。对张建平教授的临证经验进行总结,为临床提供有益参考。
In recent years,the incidence of diabetic nephropathy has increased year by year,which has become the main cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.Early detection and treatment is the key to slow down and reverse early diabetic nephropathy.The purpose of this article is to summarize Director Zhang Jianping′s experience in treating early diabetic nephropathy with insect drugs,starting with wind channeling the kidney collaterals and qi deficiency,and enumerate clinical cases for corroboration.
