摘要 针对孤岛风柴储联合发电系统,提出了一种储能系统的优化配置方法,可以在保证孤岛电网稳定运行的前提下,通过对孤岛电网中储能系统的容量和逆变器功率进行优化配置来增加电网净收益。该方法采用K-均值聚类法确定简化后场景发生的概率,以规划周期内电网运行净收益的最大化为目标建立目标函数,并对电网中储能系统的容量和逆变器功率进行优化配置。最后通过仿真验证该方法的有效性。 In this paper,aiming at the isolated island wind-diesel combined power generation system,an optimal allocation method of energy storage system in island power grid is proposed,which can be used to optimize the configuration of energy storage system under the condition of load growth to improve the grid profit.The net profit of the grid is increased by optimizing the capacity of the energy storage system and the inverter power in the island grid.Firstly,this method adopts K-means clustering to simplify the number of load scenarios in the planning period of power grid,and determines the probability of different scenarios based on maximum entropy principle.Then the objective function is established to maximize the operating profit and minimize the total energy storage investment and operation cost within the planning period to optimize the allocation of the energy storage system capacity and inverter power.Finally,a simulation environment is built in Matlab to verify the above methods,and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.
