摘要
用慢走丝线切割加工7CrMnMoS试件,研究不同强度放电电流加工后的表面特性。通过三维形貌扫描仪、电子显微镜和显微硬度计对电加工后的表面形貌和变质层进行分析。结果表明:表面粗糙度值随放电电流的增大而增大,但加工表面各向同性;电加工使变质层最外侧的熔化层硬度降低,但对基体硬度影响不大;随着放电电流的加大,试件表面的球形熔滴减少,产生较多深径比更大的电蚀凹坑且出现显微裂纹。
By cutting the samples of 7 CrMnMoS with wire cut electrical discharge machining(WEDM),the surface characteristics based on different current intensity were studied.Surface topography and affected layer after machining were analyzed by using three-dimensional morphology scanner,electron microscope and micro-hardness tester.The observed result shows that the surface roughness increases as the current intensity improves and the surface remains isotropic.Electrical discharge machining has no particular effect on the hardness of 7 CrMnMoS matrix but lower the hardness of the re-solidified layer.As the current intensity increases with less spherical molten drops on the finished surface,more high-depth-diameter electric corrosion pits appear,as well as the micro cracks.
