飞行汽车轻量化板材自冲铆接工艺参数优化 被引量:5

摘要 以自冲铆接理论为基础,以某款飞行汽车轻量化板材使用的半空心铆钉为研究对象,通过数值模拟研究铆钉钉脚角度、冲头行进速度对铆接质量的影响。并在数值模拟结果基础上,通过拉伸试验研究在相同钉脚角度以及冲头行进速度下凹模尺寸与铆接质量之间的关系。结果表明:冲头行进速度和管脚尖端角度对铆接质量影响较大;对2 mm+2 mm的A6062板进行自冲铆接时,平底凹模铆接优于凸模铆接;冲头速度保持0.015 m/s,铆钉管脚尖端角度参数a、b的角度分布为50°、30°时,下板底切量较高,形成的互锁效果较好,铆接质量较高。 Based on the self-piercing riveting theory and taking the semi-hollow rivet used in lightweight plate of a flying car as the research object,the effects of rivet foot angle and punch speed on riveting quality were studied by numerical simulation.On the basis of numerical simulation results,the relationship between die size and riveting quality under the same pin angle and punch speed was studied by tensile test.The results show that the running speed of punch and the angle of pipe tip have great influence on riveting quality.The riveting of flat bottom concave die is better than that of punch die when self-piercing riveting of 2 mm+2 mm A6062 plate is carried out.When the punch speed is maintained at 0.015 m/s and the angle parameters a and b of rivet pipe toe tip are 50°and 30°,the bottom shear of lower plate is higher,the interlocking effect is better and the riveting quality is higher.
