腹腔镜下卵巢良性囊肿剥除术后使用仿生物电刺激对卵巢储备功能的影响 被引量:12

Effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation on ovarian reserve function after laparoscopic benign ovarian cystectomy

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性囊肿剥除术后使用仿生物电刺激治疗对卵巢储备功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2017年12月因单侧卵巢良性囊肿行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者78例,分为仿生物电刺激组和空白对照组,每组39例。仿生物电刺激组在术后联合使用仿生物电刺激治疗,每次30 min,每疗程7次,共3个疗程;空白对照组在术后常规治疗。结果两组患者术后血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平呈先下降后上升趋势;术后第1个月AMH值最低,术后第3、6个月仿生物电刺激组AMH值高于空白对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05);术后第6个月,仿生物电刺激组AMH值达到术前水平;术后第12个月,空白对照组AMH值达到术前水平。结论腹腔镜下卵巢良性囊肿剥除术后,卵巢储备功能减退;术后联合仿生物电刺激治疗可促进卵巢储备功能尽早恢复。 Objective To explore the effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation on ovarian reserve function after laparoscopic benign ovarian cystectomy. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,78 patients undergoing laparoscopic unilateral benign ovarian cystectomy were selected and divided into biomimetic electrical stimulation group and blank control group,39 patients in each group. The patients in biomimetic electrical stimulation group were treated by biomimetic electrical stimulation after ovarian cystectomy,30 minutes per time,one course of treatment included 7 times,the patients were treated for three courses of treatment. The patients in blank control group were treated by routine therapy. Results In the two groups,the levels of serum anti-Müllerian hormone( AMH) after surgery showed a trend of decreasing first and increasing later. The level of AMH was the lowest at the first month after surgery,the levels of AMH at the third and the sixth months after surgery in biomimetic electrical stimulation group were statistically significantly higher than those in blank control group( P <0. 05). At the sixth month after surgery,the level of AMH in biomimetic electrical stimulation group reached the preoperative level. At the twelfth month after surgery,the level of AMH in blank control group reached the preoperative level. Conclusion After laparoscopic benign ovarian cystectomy,ovarian reserve function decreased,combining with biomimetic electrical stimulation can promote early recovery of ovarian reserve function.
