摘要
轮状病毒(rotavirus,简称RV)是全球范围内导致婴幼儿腹泻的主要病原体之一。目前尚无特异性治疗RV感染引起腹泻的药物,使用RV疫苗是唯一有效控制的手段。国内外上市的疫苗均为口服疫苗,在十多年的推广使用中,虽然在儿童腹泻控制方面发挥了显著效果,但是仍然出现了在发展状况不同的国家疫苗的免疫保护效率差异大以及口服后引起婴儿肠套叠等问题。随着RV感染及免疫机制的深入研究,避开口服经肠道感染的疫苗免疫方式,即非复制性RV疫苗研发得到了广泛的关注。本文对RV免疫机制及非复制性RV疫苗的研发进展做一综述。
Rotavirus(RV) is one of the major pathogens causing diarrhea in infants and young children worldwide. There is no specific treatment for RV related diarrhea,and the use of RV vaccine is the only effective method for prevention and control of the disease. By now,commercially available vaccines in China and abroad are all oral formulations. Although they have played a significant role in the control of diarrhea in children,variations of the effectiveness and impact of the vaccines still exist in different countries with different levels of development,and the oral administration of rotavirus vaccines has the possibility of causing intussusception in infants. With the further study of viral infection and immune mechanism,the development of non-replicative rotavirus vaccine,which helps avoid enteral administering of the vaccine,has gained wide attention. This review summarizes the research and development of rotavirus immunity mechanism and non-replicative rotavirus vaccines.
