摘要
针对在工业生产中,需要对各种体积大小的堆积物进行测量,以判断生产计划的执行程度或库存量的问题,该文提出利用基于多线结构光的堆积物三维测量方法,在传送带上通过累加测量小堆积物体积,实现大型堆积物体积快速测定。该方法具体实现步骤是使用一条装有25条平行激光器的移动滑台水平匀速运动,摄像机拍摄带有待测物体表面深度信息的畸变光条,利用OPENCV对图像进行处理,通过Steger光条中心提取算法和改进的深度计算公式,对采集到的图像进行深度计算,分别计算出各个光条像素点的空间坐标,得到点云数据并进行重构分析。实验结果表明,该方法的检测相对误差为2%以内,可实现堆积物的体积三维非接触式动态实时测量。
In the case of industrial production,it is necessary to measure the bulk of various sizes to determine the degree of execution of the production plan or the amount of inventory goods.This paper proposes a threedimensional measurement method based on multi-line structured light.Accumulation of small deposits on the conveyor belt allows for rapid measurement of deposits on the conveyor belt.The specific implementation step of the method is to use a moving slide with 25 parallel lasers to move horizontally at a uniform speed,and the camera takes a distorted light strip with the surface depth information of the object to be tested,and processes the image with OPENCV,and extracts it through the Steger strip center.The algorithm and the improved depth calculation formula are used to calculate the depth of the acquired image,calculate the spatial coordinates of each light strip pixel,obtain the point cloud data and perform reconstruction analysis.The experimental results show that the relative error of the method is within 2%,which can realize the three-dimensional non-contact dynamic real-time measurement of the volume of the deposit.
