介绍建设项目全过程跟踪审计的服务内容,分析全程或定期的服务模式的优缺点,最后从咨询单位定位、实施流程匹配、项目团队建设方面阐述建设项目全过程跟踪审计服务成功开展的要点,特别是应准确把握提供全过程跟踪审计服务的咨询单位作为独立第三方的定位。
This paper introduces the service contents of followed-up auditing of whole process of construction projects,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of two different models of service,the full-time model and regular model.Finally,expounds the three key points that affects the followed-up auditing from the aspects of the positioning of the consulting unit,the matching of the implementation process and the construction of the project team.Provides the whole process tracking audit service,should accurately grasp its position as an independent third party.
