摘要
代建单位的前期设计管理工作对项目的工期、质量、投资控制等方面起了非常重要的作用。结合工作实际,分析代建制下前期设计管理中存在的关键问题,总结前期设计管理经验,提出相应的优化建议,主要包括建立前期设计管理工作流程图、优化设计管理以及优化造价管理等供业内人士及行业主管部门参考。
The preliminary design management work of the agent construction unit plays a very important role in the project construction duration,quality,investment control,etc..Based on the actual work,analyzes the key problems existing in the preliminary design management under the agent construction system,summarizes the preliminary design management experience,and proposes corresponding optimization suggestion,induding build flow chart of preliminary design management,optimizes design management and cost managements for the reference of industry insiders and industry authorities.
