摘要
具有优质或高产性状的双孢蘑菇传统菌株是品种改良的重要亲本来源。通过对双孢蘑菇具有代表性的24个优质类型和24个高产类型传统菌株的ISSR-PCR分析,发现引物ISSR834、ISSR835、ISSR807共扩增产生7条能判别传统菌株优质类型或高产类型的特异性标记条带,可以在双孢蘑菇定向杂交育种中方便地区分和鉴定传统菌株亲本的优质或高产性状。
Agaricus bisporus traditional strains with good-quality or high-production are important parent resource for strain improvement. By using ISSR-PCR analysis of representative 24 good-quality and 24 high-production traditional strains of A. bisporus, it was found that the primer ISSR834, ISSR835 and ISSR807 produce 7 special bands for distinguishing traditional strain types, and they could be used in the identification of good-quality or high-production characteristics of traditional strain parent in the directional crossbreeding of A. bisporus.
