摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、信号转导及转录激活因子3(STAT3)在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况,并分析其与临床特征的关系。方法选取82例子宫内膜癌患者的肿瘤组织标本为观察组,癌旁正常子宫内膜组织标本为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测两组组织中IL-6、STAT3表达情况,并分析IL-6、STAT3与子宫内膜癌患者临床特征的关系。结果观察组子宫内膜组织中IL-6、STAT3阳性表达率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅲ期、有淋巴结转移、组织学分级为G2~3级的子宫内膜癌患者的子宫内膜癌组织中IL-6、STAT3阳性表达率分别明显高于FIGO分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移及组织学分级为G1级的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。经相关性分析显示,IL-6与STAT3在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.657,P﹤0.05)。结论 IL-6、STAT3在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达明显升高,且与肿瘤细胞的侵袭与转移存在一定关系,可用于临床对子宫内膜癌的诊断与治疗。
Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-6(IL-6), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) in endometrial carcinoma(EC), and to analyze the correlation with clinical characteristics. Method The tumor tissues of 82 patients with EC were collected as study group, while the normal tissues of endometrium were included as control group, immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of IL-6 and STAT3 in the two groups, besides, the correlation of IL-6 and STAT3 with clinical characteristics of EC was analyzed. Result The positive expression rate of IL-6 and STAT3 in endometrium of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO) stage III, positive lymph node metastasis,histological grade of G2-3 were associated with significantly higher positive expression rate of IL-6 and STAT3 compared to FIGO stage I-II, non-lymph node metastasis and histological grade of G1 among EC patients(P<0.01). The correlation analysis shows that IL-6 and STAT3 expression were positively correlated in endometrial carcinoma(r=0.657, P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of IL-6 and STAT3 in endometrial carcinoma are significantly increased and correlated with invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma, therefore it can be used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
