摘要
本文旨在介绍李吉彦"脾肺热毒"论治酒糟鼻经验,首先论述酒糟鼻的源流与病因病机,然后从清肺脾之热、泄毒凉血之法为主治疗酒糟鼻,强调分消走泄,给邪以出路,创凉血泄毒除糟汤治疗酒糟鼻。本文选择一例患者,详述其治疗经过,使用该方取得良好的临床效果,为其他学者提供借鉴。
In this article, Li Jiyan’s experience in treating rosacea was introduced. First of all, the etiology and pathogenesis of rosacea is discussed. The Qing Pifei re( 清肺脾之热) and Xiedu Liangxue( 泄毒凉血) therapy are applied as treatment principles, and Fenxiao Zouxie( 分消走泄) and Geixie Chulu( 给邪出路) are stressed. A case is reported, and the Liangxue Xiedu Chuzao decoction( 凉血泄毒除糟汤) shows a good clinical effect on rosacea.
