摘要
简述了催化剂TBT的物化性质及催化机理。针对新型催化剂在PET工业生产中的试用,编制了试用方案及应急措施,可使新型催化剂的催化性能在试用过程中逐渐显现,提高试用期间系统运行的稳定性,保证产品品质,避免系统停车的重大风险。
The physicochemical properties and catalytic mechanism of TBT were reviewed.In view of the trial use of new catalyst in polyester industry,the trial plan and emergency measures are formulated,which can make the catalytic performance of new catalyst gradually appear in the trial process,improve the stability of system operation during the trial period,ensure product quality,and avoid the serious risk of system shutdown.
