摘要
农村地区道路交通事故预防工作面临巨大挑战。农村道路交通系统在道路条件、交通安全设施设置、交通习惯等方面有着鲜明的特点。从这些特点分析入手,借鉴风险控制相关理论,坚持技术控制和社会干预并重的组建策略,构建起由不同层次力量组成的事故预防体系,切实提高农村道路交通事故预防的针对性、有效性。
The prevention of road traffic accidents in rural areas is facing enormous challenges.Rural road traffic system has distinct characteristics in road conditions,traffic safety facilities and traffic habits.Starting from the analysis of these characteristics and drawing lessons from the rel evant risk control theories,adheres to the strategy of laying equal stress on both technical control and social intervention,and builds an ac cident prevention system composed of different levels of forces,so as to effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of rural road traffic accident prevention.
