摘要
目的:探究半夏厚朴汤加减联合调神理气针法治疗胃肠神经官能症疗效。方法:选择近年我院收治的168例胃肠神经官能症患者,随机数字表法分为两组各84例,对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上予以半夏厚朴汤加减、调神理气针法治疗,均连续治疗4周,对比两组临床疗效、心理变化及治疗安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为90.5%,高于对照组的71.4%(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后的MSSNS评分为(53.18±8.23)分,低于对照组的(87.62±9.41)分(P <0.05)。两组间未发生严重药物不良反应。结论:半夏厚朴汤加减联合调神理气针法治疗胃肠神经官能症的临床疗效更为确切,有助于进一步消除症状,并有利于改善患者负性心理,且治疗安全性较高。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Banxia Houpu decoction( 半夏厚朴汤加减) combined with Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture( 调神理气针法) on gastrointestinal neurosis. Methods: A total of 168 patients with gastrointestinal neurosis admitted to our hospital in recent years were selected and randomly divided into two groups(with 84 patients in each group). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture on this basis for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, psychological changes and treatment safety of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.5%, which was higher than that in the control group(71.4%, P< 0.05). The MSSNS score of the observation group after treatment was(53.18 ±8.23), which was lower than that of the control group(87.62± 9.41)(P< 0.05). No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion: Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture had more definite clinical curative effect on gastrointestinal neurosis, it was helpful for further eliminating symptoms, relieving the patient’s negative psychology, and the treatment safety was higher.
