摘要
目的比较全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在前牙缺损修复患者修复中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年12月漯河市舞阳县疾病预防控制中心治疗的118例前牙缺损修复患者,将其应用随机数表法分为两组,各59例。对照组接受金属烤瓷冠修复,观察组给予全瓷冠修复。比较两组临床疗效、龈沟出血指数(SBI)及并发症。结果观察组总有效率(96.61%)较对照组(83.06%)高,继发龋齿、牙颈缘黑线、龈乳头颜色改变发生率(0.00%、0.00%、1.69%)较对照组(10.17%、16.95%、13.56%)低,术后SBI评分(0.53±0.29)较对照组(0.86±0.37)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全瓷冠用于前牙缺损修复中效果更佳,且并发症更少,对牙周指标影响小,利于恢复牙齿美观度及功能。
Objective To compare the effect of all-ceramic crowns and metal-ceramic crowns in the restoration of anterior teeth defect.Methods 118 patients with anterior teeth defect treated in the hospital from January,2016 to December,2017 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group were treated with metal-ceramic crowns,while the observation group were treated with all-ceramic crowns.The clinical efficacy,gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.61%)was high?er than that of the control group(83.06%).The incidence of secondary caries,black line of the cervical margin and color change of gingival papilla(0.00%,0.00%and 1.69%)were lower than those of the control group(10.17%,16.95%and 13.56%).The SBI score(0.53±0.29)was lower than that of the control group(0.86±0.37)(P<0.05).Conclusion All-ceramic crowns are more effective in repairing anterior teeth defect with fewer complications and less influence on periodontal index,which is conducive to restoring the aesthetic degree and function of teeth.
