摘要
中俄两国的能源合作走过了漫长的发展历程,也积累了较为丰富的经验。实践证明,两国的能源合作不是偶然,而是在法律、政策、经济等一系列因素的作用下产生的必然结果。中俄两国油气合作潜力巨大,尽管两国还面临着一些困难与分歧,但总体而言双方在能源领域的合作前景广阔,并且双方的合作很有可能对地缘政治产生重大的积极影响。
Energy cooperation between China and Russia has come a long way and accumulated rich experience.Practice has proved that the energy cooperation between the two countries is not an accident,but an inevitable result under the action of law,policy,economy and a series of other factors.There is great potential for oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia.Although the two countries still face some difficulties and differences,on the whole,their cooperation in the field of energy enjoys broad prospects and is likely to have a significant positive impact on geopolitics.
