摘要
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病患者发生挑战性行为与照顾者负担的相关性。方法选取2016年10月-2018年10月于我院神经科入住的阿尔茨海默病患者139例,运用中文版阿尔茨海默病患者挑战行为量表(CBS)及照顾者负担量表(ZBI)进行问卷调查。结果139例患者中,发生挑战行为有120例,阿尔茨海默病患者中86.3%出现挑战性行为,管理难度平均得分(25.04±11.09)分,患者的年龄、自理能力及伴随疾病种类是影响CBS的主要因素。相关分析显示,患者挑战性行为与照顾者的照顾负担呈正相关,相关系数为0.515(P<0.01)。结论阿尔茨海默病患者的挑战性行为发生率较高,管理难度处于中度水平,医护人员应针对影响因素为主要照顾者制定有效的干预措施,减轻主要照顾者负担。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the challenge and the psychological burden of caregivers in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 139 hospitalized patients with Alzheimer's disease using the Chinese version of the Alzheimer's Disease Challenge Behavior Scale and the Caregiver Burden Scale.Results Of the 139 cases in this study,120 were challenging behaviors,86.3%of the patients had challenging behaviors and the average difficulty score of care(25.04±11.09).The correlation analysis showed that the patient's challenging behavior was positively correlated with the caregiver's care burden(P<0.01).has statistical significane.The patient's age,self-care ability and accompanying disease types are the main factors affecting ZBI.Conclusion Patients with Alzheimer's disease have a higher incidence of challenging behaviors and management difficulty at moderate to severe levels.Medical staff should develop effective interventions for the main caregivers to reduce the burden of the primary caregivers.
