摘要
当前休闲农业和食品系统二者逐步形成了相互融合的趋势,主要表现在产业集聚和空间集聚的耦合和二者产业链的相互影响及产业结构的契合两个方面。在实践上具体体现为大量优势食品企业开始涉足休闲农业,成为休闲农业产业链整合的主导力量;同时,一批休闲农业企业开始对食品产业链上下游进行整合。本研究从产业空间布局、产业组织结构等方面论述食品系统与休闲农业产业组织融合演化的趋势,通过分析产业融合的表现和原因,从而对把握休闲农业未来发展的方向,实现农业结构性改革具有一定的指导意义。
At present,recreational agriculture and food system have formed a trend of mutual integration.Recreational agriculture has gradually integrated into the whole food system and become an important part of the food system.At the same time,leading food enterprises have begun to enter recreational agriculture and become the leading force in the integration of the recreational agricultural value chain.This study discusses the evolution trend of food system and recreational agricultural industry organization from two aspects:spatial distribution and industrial organization structure,which has certain guiding significance for grasping the development direction of recreational agriculture.
