摘要
目的:研究结合珠蛋白(Hp)在口腔鳞癌(OSCC)中的表达,并探讨口腔鳞癌中结合珠蛋白与血管生成的关系。方法:收集口腔鳞癌患者手术切除并经病理证实的标本30例,对照口腔黏膜组织标本30例,通过Western blot和免疫组化染色,分析结合珠蛋白在口腔鳞癌中与血管生成的关系。结果:在口腔鳞癌和对照组中,Hp均围绕着血管分布;在口腔鳞癌中,Hp的表达高于正常组织,微血管密度计数高于对照组织。结论:口腔鳞癌中Hp促进肿瘤的血管生成,Hp的表达可能和MVD呈正相关。
Objective: To study the expression of haptoglobin(Hp) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and to analyze the relationship between Hp and angiogenesis in OSCC. Methods: Surgical resection and pathological confirmed specimens of OSCC from 30 patients with OSCC and 30 controls of normal oral mucosa were collected. Hp expression in the samples was examined by Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. The relationship between Hp and angiogenesis in OSCC was analyzed. Results: Hp expression and the density of microvessels were higher in OSCC than those in controls, Hp were appeared surrounding the blood vessels. Conclusion: Hp may promote tumor angiogenesis in OSCC,and Hp expression may be positively correlated with microvessel density.
