摘要
本文结合既往多年临床中工作经验,查询肠外营养液配置相关文献资料,总结分析了肠外营养液的规范化配置相关内容,分析其稳定性影响因素。肠外营养液规范化配置包括配制环境、无菌操作、微生物限度、人员要求以及具体配制过程等几个方面的规范化处理;其稳定性主要从肠外营养液的几种主要的营养成分进行分析考虑,如脂肪乳、维生素、微量元素等。因此,静脉用药调配中心规范化肠外营养液的配置,应掌握其稳定性影响因素,可以做好肠外营养液的质量控制,进而保障肠外营养液的安全性使用,促进患者康复。
In this paper,combined with previous years of clinical work experience,the literatures on the configuration of parenteral nutrition solution were searched,and the contents of standardized configuration of parenteral nutrition solution were summarized and analyzed,and the factors affecting the stability were analyzed.The standardized configuration of parenteral nutrition solution includes standardization of preparation environment,aseptic operation,microbial limit,personnel requirements and specific preparation process;its stability is mainly from several main nutrients of parenteral nutrient solution,such as fat milk,vitamins,trace elements and so on.Therefore,the standardization of parenteral nutrition solution in the intravenous drug distribution center should grasp the factors affecting the stability,and control the quality of parenteral nutrition solution,thereby ensuring the safe use of parenteral nutrition solution and promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
