CYP2C19基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死患者氯吡格雷抗血小板治疗预后的相关性研究

摘要 目的分析CYP2C19基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死患者氯呲格雷抗血小板治疗预后效果的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月广宁县人民医院收治的动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死患者412例,并根据患者对氯呲格雷的抵抗情况分为对照组和观察组,各206例。将两组患者的血小板凝聚功能、基因类型进行检测,并将两组患者的两个单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)等位基因频率及基因型分布频率进行统计并对比。结果观察组患者的CYP2C19*2等位基因分布频率、基因型分布频率与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死患者服用的氯呲格雷抗血小板治疗与CYP2C19基因多态性有密切关系。 Objective To analyze the relationship of prognosis of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism and anticoagulant therapy with clopidogrel in patients with atherosclerotic infarction.Methods Four hundred and twelve patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction admitted to Guangning People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the resistance of patients to clozagrel,206 cases in each group.The platelet aggregation function and gene type of the two groups were detected,and the allele frequencies and genotype distribution frequencies of two single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in the two groups were compared.Results The frequency of CYP2C19*2 allele distribution and genotype distribution in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel antiplatelet therapy is closely related to CYP2C19 gene polymorphism in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
