摘要
职业岗位作为当前大学生就业的基本社会结构单位,它与人才资源和高校专业设置之间呈现出空间"脱域",岗位招聘的时间性成就要求高于其本身职责。而大学生就业认知和情感体验也迈向自我控制感和多元矛盾感并存的局面。因此,从社会空间关系与时间序列出发,构建新型大学生就业服务网状体系必然涵盖就业信息交流、职业咨询与培训、就业心理健康辅导、可持续就业保障、创业指导与服务、就业宏观调控六个子系统。子系统覆盖大学生职业历程的缓冲、择业、在职、失业(待业)四个阶段,对于大学生就业发挥着不同的空间结构性功能,同时也是一个动态运行的追踪机制。
As the basic social structure unit of college students’ employment vocational posts and talent resources and professional settings in colleges present a space "out of bounds",and the requirement of time accumulative achievements in job recruitment is higher than its own responsibilities. College students’ employment cognition and emotional experience are also moving towards the coexistence of self-control and contradiction of diversification. Therefore,from the social spatial relationship and time series,to construct a new network system of college students’ employment service includes six subsystems: employment information exchange,career counseling and training,employment psychological health counseling,sustainable employment security,entrepreneurship guidance and service,and employment macro-control. It covers the four stages of college students’ career which are the time of employment preparing,career selection,on-the-job,and unemployment. During the four periods,the six subsystems play different spatial structural functions for college students’ employment,and they are also a dynamic tracking mechanism.
