摘要
“双师型”教师是应用型本科高校发展的重要保障,高校双创教育高质量的发展需要双创教师专业理论知识与创业实践能力并重,这决定着双创教师也应朝着“双师型”方向发展。因此,应用型本科高校双创教育师资队伍建设的目标应是“双师型”教师,可分为“双师型”1.0、“双师型”2.0、“双师型”3.0三个层次。对于“双师型”1.0,可采用校内选拔与校外引进相结合;对于“双师型”2.0,可采用专业培训与企业实践相并重;对于“双师型”3.0,可采用双创研究与创业实战相融合等路径来加强双创师资队伍建设。
"Dual-qualification"teachers are the necessary guarantee for the development of application-oriented universities.The high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented universities requires equal attention to the professional theoretical knowledge and entrepreneurial practice ability,which determines that teachers should also develop in the direction of"dual-qualification"teachers.Therefore,the goal of the construction of entrepreneurial and innovative teaching staff in application-oriented universities should be"dual-qualification"teachers,which can be divided into three levels:"dual-qualification"1.0,"dual-qualification"2.0 and"dual-qualification"3.0.For"dual-qualification"1.0,the combination of internal selection and external introduction can be adopted;For"dual-qualification"2.0,both professional training and enterprise practice can be applied;As for"dual-qualification"3.0,the combination of research on entrepreneurship and innovation and actual practice can be adopted to strengthen the construction of teachers for entrepreneurship and innovation.
