摘要
文中研究相关理论计算公式,采用Abaqus有限元软件建立金属"C"形密封环有限元模型,对不同工况下"C"形环的密封性能和压缩回弹性能进行了弹塑性分析,得出相应情况下密封环的接触应力分布、Von-Mises应力分布及其压缩回弹性能;研究了密封环结构参数和压缩量、工作压力对密封特性和力学行为的影响。结果表明,金属"C"形密封环具有良好的回弹能力和自紧密封功能,在各个工况下都能满足密封要求且可以实现初始密封;适当增大金属"C"形密封环的压缩量和工作压力,可以提高其密封性能。
Relevant theoretical calculation formulas were studied in this paper, finite element model of metallic"C"-ring was established by using finite element software Abaqus, sealing performance and compression-resIlience of metallic"C"-ring in different conditions were analyzed elastoplastic, the contact stress distribution, Von-Mises stress distribution and compressive resilience of sealing ring were obtained. The effect of structure parameters, compression and working pressure of sealing ring on seal characteristics and mechanical behavior was discussed. The results show that the metallic "C"-ring has well resilience and self-sealing ability, the seal requirements can be satisfied in different conditions and metallic "C"-ring can realize the initial seal. Increasing compression and working pressure of metallic "C"-ring can improve its sealing performance.
