智慧城市平台的需求与架构

摘要 文章定义了智慧城市平台的需求、参考架构以及互操作性。城市中存在各种各样的垂直业务以及平台,通过构建一个公共的智慧城市平台,对多个垂直系统进行集成和优化,提供城市信息系统间的交互,以支持城市业务的各种功能,保证平台的便利性、安全性与可扩展性。智慧城市平台通过业务接口、互操作接口和获取接口,与外部系统进行互操作,从技术上解决现有政务服务平台存在的问题。 This paper defines the requirements,reference frameworks and interoperability of smart city platforms.There are various vertical services and platforms in cities.By introducing a common smart city platform,multiple vertical systems are integrated and optimized to provide interaction between urban information systems to support various functionalities of urban services and ensure the convenience,security and scalability of the platform.The functionality modules of smart city platform include service support functionality module,interface functionality module,data and knowledge functionality module,data acquisition and interconnection functionality module,and security and management functionality module.The smart city platform interoperates with external systems through service interface,interoperability interface and acquisition interface to solve the existing problem of the government service technically.
