摘要
论文分析了新时期,高等会计在培育会计学专业应用型人才过程中暴露出的人力素质、产学研统筹协调、人才培养手段三个方面的问题,并结合实际情况,针对性地区分课堂、校园和社会三个层面提出体系化的解决对策,为人才培养提出可行建议。
This paper analyzes the three problems in the process of cultivating the application-oriented talents of accounting specialty in the new period,which are the human quality,the coordination of production,teaching and research,and the training methods.Combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward systematic solutions on three levels of classroom,campus and society,and puts forward feasible suggestions for talent training.
