摘要
社会各行业都在不断变化,文化、政治、经济是社会发展的三大方面。论文对信息的定义进行阐述,从国内外研究现状分析整个国际财政建设方面的研究成果及进度,并对其进行脉络梳理,确定财政发展目前研究较薄弱的领域。分析了财政建设的含义与在社会发展中的意义。从三方面对人才服务方式进行论述,并就财政信息化建设理念,从完善财政具体政策、财政信息渠道整合两个层别论述。
All industries in the society are changing constantly.Culture,politics and economy are the three major aspects of social development.This paper expounds the definition of information,analyzes the research results and progress of the whole international financial construction from the domestic and foreign research status,and sorts out its context,so as to determine the current weak research field of financial development.This paper analyzes the meaning of financial construction and its significance in social development.This paper discusses the way of talent service from three aspects,and discusses the construction concept of financial informatization from the aspects of perfecting specific financial policies and integrating financial information channels.
