盘式Halbach异步磁力联轴器解析建模和分析

摘要 将Halbach阵列应用于盘式磁力联轴器,采用等效磁路法建立关于盘式Halbach磁力联轴器的理论解析模型,推导出联轴器输出转矩与转速差等联轴器特性参数的关系式。并对Halbach阵列盘式磁力联轴器进行有限元分析,通过解析结果与有限元分析结果的比较,验证了该解析方法的可靠性与合理性。研究结果可为此类盘式Halbach磁力联轴器的设计与分析提供理论参考。 In this paper,a Halbach array is applied to the disk-type magnetic coupling.The theoretical model of disk-type Halbach magnetic coupling is established with the equivalent magnetic circuit method.The relationship between the output torque of the coupling and the characteristics of the coupling(such as the speed difference)is derived.Finite element analysis was performed on the Halbach array disc-type magnetic coupling.The reliability and rationality of the analytical method are verified by comparing the analytical results with the results of finite element analysis.The research in this paper can provide a theoretical reference for the design and analysis of such disc-type Halbach magnetic couplings.
