摘要
本文针对海上平台关断阀国产化的关键技术指标做了归纳和总结,对国产化的技术难点和设计要点进行了分析、研究和讨论,并初步提出了国产化准入应用的标准,为关断阀制造厂商开展海上平台关断阀国产化研究提供了指导,为阀门用户制定国产化应用准入机制提供了参考。
This paper summarizes the key technical requirements of localization of emergency shutdown valve on offshore platform,also analyze and study and discuss its technical challenges and design key points.In addition,this paper preliminarily proposes the standards of domestic access application,and it provides a guidance for manufactures to promote the domestic research of emergency shutdown valve on offshore platform,and it also provides a reference for users to formulate the domestic application access procedure.
