摘要
采用ANSYS软件对不同基体条件下Sm 2Ce 2O 7/SiC涂层的热冲击应力进行了研究,优化了基体条件。结果表明:涂层界面在热冲击瞬间存在较大的冲击热应力,径向应力远大于轴向应力;涂层的径向应力随基体厚度的增大而增大,基体厚度超过10 mm后,应力趋于稳定;涂层的抗热冲击性能随着基体半径的增加逐步提升,当基体半径大于18 mm时,涂层的抗冲击性能基本不变。
The thermal shock stress of Sm 2Ce 2O 7/SiC coating with different matrix condition is analyzed by ANSYS to optimize the matrix parameters.The results show that there is higher thermal shock stress on the in surface of coating at the moment of thermal shocking,and the radial stress is greater than axial stress.The thermal shock stress of coating increases with increasing of matrix thickness,which reaches stable basically after 10 mm.The thermal shock resistance of coating increases with increasing of matrix radius,which remains unchanged after 18 mm.
