摘要
黑木耳是一种大型真菌,由于其口感好,营养丰富,且具有抗肿瘤、提高免疫力等药用价值,所以已经有上千年的食用历史。黑木耳子实体和菌丝体中含有多种药用活性成分,如多糖、蛋白质、黑色素和维生素等。其中,黑木耳的多糖作为其主要活性成分,在许多研究均已证实具有显著的抗肿瘤活性,且对多株癌细胞具有良好的抑制效果。对黑木耳多糖提取方法虽已有报道,但缺少对比其药理活性研究。本文对黑木耳多糖多种提取方法进行对比分析,并从分子水平上对抗肿瘤的机制进行综述。
Auricularia auricular is a large fungus and has been used for thousands of years for its good taste and rich nutrition and the medicinal value of anti-tumor and improving immunity.The fruiting body and mycelium of auricularia auricular contain a variety of medicinal active ingredients,such as polysaccharide,protein,melanin and vitamin,etc.Polysaccharides from auricularia auricular,as the main active components,have been proved to have significant anti-tumor activity in many studies,and have good inhibitory effect on many cancer cells.Although there are many reports on the extraction methods of auriculata polysaccharides,there are few studies on the comparison and pharmaceutical activity mechanism.In this paper,several methods of extracting polysaccharides from auricularia auricular were compared and analyzed and the mechanism of anti-tumor at molecular level was reviewed.
