摘要
目的:研究系统性的护理干预治疗对乳腺癌手术后的患肢功能锻炼康复效果的结果影响分析。方法:选取2017年11月至2018年11月我院收治的乳腺癌手术治疗的患者有80例。随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组常规护理,治疗组行系统性护理干预,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:治疗组干预后患侧肩关节前屈角度、后伸角度、内旋角度、外旋角度、内收角度及外展角度均显著优于对照组患者的各项指标,P<0.05;治疗组患者的护理满意度达98.00%显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:系统性的护理干预治疗能够显著的促进乳腺癌患者的手术后患肢功能锻炼康复,患者满意度高,值得推广。
Objective:To sludy the effect of systemic nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of limb function after breast cancer surgery.Methods:Eighty patients with breast cancer surgery from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases each.The control group received routine nursing care,and the treatment group underwent systematic nursing intervention to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment group intervention,the anterior flexion angle,posterior extension angle,internal rotation angle,external rotation angle,adduction angle and abduction angle of the affected shoulder were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Systematic nursing intervention can significantly promote the rehabilitation of postoperative limb function in breast cancer patients.The patient satisfaction is high and worth promoting.
