摘要
目的观察温针灸联合推拿治疗颈源性头痛(CHE)对颈部血流动力学及肌肉紧张度的改善效果。方法将我院收治的100例CHE患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规药物及推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用温针灸。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组头痛频率及VAS评分均降低,每次头痛持续时间缩短,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者β-内啡肽、Vm、RVA、LVA水平、ChQOL评分均升高,ACTH、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平、RI、肌肉张力、肌肉硬度、NDI评分、QS评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合推拿治疗CHE能有效缓解疼痛,调节应激及炎症指标,改善颈部血流动力学及肌肉紧张度,提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of warming acupuncture combined with massage on neck hemodynamics and muscle tension in patients with cervicogenic headache(CHE). Methods One hundred patients with CHE enrolled in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional medicine and massage, and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the frequency of headache and VAS scores of the two groups reduced, the duration of each headache shortened, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of β-endorphin, Vm, RVA and LVA and ChQOL scores in the two groups all increased, the levels of ACTH, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, RI, muscle tension, muscle hardness, scores of NDI and QS all decreased, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with massage can effectively relieve pain,regulate stress and inflammation indexes, improve neck hemodynamics and muscle tension, and enhance the quality of life.
