Objective To evaluate the clinical value of rosuvastatin again st atherosclerosis. Methods From February2017 to February 2018, 84 atherosclerotic patients were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given aspirin enteric coated tablets, and the observation group was given rosuvastatin calcium tablets. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the control group was 95.24% and 73.81%respectively, which of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 7.14% and23.81% respectively, which of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of serum TC, IL-6 and LDL-C between the two groups(P >0.05);after treatment, the levels of serum TC, IL-6 and LDL-C in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The resuvarastatin against atherosclerosis has significant clinical value and less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
