摘要
目的比较腹腔镜逆行全胆囊切除术与次全胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的效果。方法选取我院收治的92例胆囊结石患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院编号末尾数字奇偶性将其分为试验组和参照组,各46例。试验组患者采用腹腔镜逆行次全胆囊切除术治疗,参照组患者采用腹腔镜逆行全胆囊切除术治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效及手术相关指标。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于参照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者的手术时间、排气时间、住院时间均显著短于参照组患者(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜逆行次全胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的效果优于腹腔镜逆行全胆囊切除术,具有手术时间短、患者术后恢复快的优势。
Objective To compare the effects of laparoscopic retrograde total cholecystectomy and subtotal cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Methods Ninety-two patients with cholecystolithiasis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the parity of numbers at the end of admission number, the patients were divided into experimental group and reference group, with 46 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic retrograde subtotal cholecystectomy, and the reference group was treated with laparoscopic retrograde total cholecystectomy. The clinical efficacy and operation related indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding volume between the two groups(P>0.05). The operation time, exhaust time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic retrograde subtotal cholecystectomy is superior to laparoscopic retrograde total cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis, which has the advantages of short operation time and quick recovery.
